Transmission Mechanism and Transmission Effect of Entrepreneurship on Poverty Reduction and Eradication

如期完成减贫脱贫任务,关系我国顺利实现乡村振兴和全面建成小康社会。创业能有效提升资本、技术、资源、信息、劳动力等要素的集聚水平和带动能力,推动贫困地区经济的全面发展,达到减贫脱贫的目的。以大别山安徽片区为例,利用广义矩估计分析方法进行实证分析,创业能力指标对贫困地区经济发展的影响是显著的。为提升贫困地区创业水平,应该创设优质创业环境,优化升级产业结构,合理布局发展空间,完善创业公共服务。

Completing the task of poverty alleviation and eradication in rural poverty-stricken areas on schedule is related to achieve rural revitalization smoothly and to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Entrepreneurship can effectively enhance the capital, technology, resources, information, labor force and other elements of agglomeration and driving capacity, promote the overall development of the economy in rural poverty-stricken areas, and achieve the goal of poverty reduction and eradication. Taking Dabie Mountain areas in Anhui as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis by using generalized moment estimation method. The impact of entrepreneurship index on the economic development of rural poverty-stricken areas is significant. In order to improve the level of entrepreneurship in poor rural areas, we should create a good environment for entrepreneurship, optimize and upgrade the industrial structure, rationally allocate development space, and complete public services for entrepreneurship.
