关于《产品质量法》的几点思考

我国的《产品质量法》已历经三次修订。本文通过对我国现行《产品质量法》的特点、国外相关法律的不同侧重点,以及我国现阶段的发展状况展开了研究和思考,并建议将《产品质量法》中的结构、部分条款进行修改,以进一步提升该法的有效性。

China's"Product Quality Law"has been revised three times.This paper has carried out research and reflection on the characteristics of China's current''Product Quality Law",the different focus of relevant foreign laws,and China's current development stage.The paper proposes to modify the structure and some provisions in the"Product Quality Law''in order to further enhance the effectiveness of the law.
