报废汽车抓料机及其液压系统的设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对汽车报废拆解后其废料需要工程机械搬运的问题,设计了报废汽车抓料机及其液压系统。通过SolidWorks软件建模得到了抓料机的结构与主要技术参数,应用FluidSIM软件进行抓料机液压系统的仿真,同时介绍了液压系统的结构与工作原理。应用所设计的液压系统,抓料机能够满足汽车废料抓取与搬运的要求。 Aiming at the problem that the scrap needs to be transported by the construction machinery after the vehicle is scrapped and dismantled, the grabber for scrapped vehicle and its hydraulic system were designed. The structure and main technical parameters of the grabber were obtained by modeling via SolidWorks software. The analog simulation of the hydraulic system of the grabber was carried out by FluidSIM software. The structure and working principle of the hydraulic system were also introduced. With the designed hydraulic system, the grabber can meet the requirements of grabbing and handling of vehicle scrap.
