摘要
带压作业装置是一种不需要压井或放喷便可以直接进行井下作业的特殊设备,液压卡瓦作为带压作业装置的核心组成部件,对带压作业装置能否安全可靠运行起关键性作用。通过对滑块式与对开式液压卡瓦的优劣进行对比分析,研制了一种兼具两者优点的新型大通径液压卡瓦。介绍了这一大通径液压卡瓦的结构与工作原理,对卡瓦结构强度和卡瓦牙咬入油管深度进行了理论计算,并进行了现场检测。
The pressurized working device is a special device that can directly perform underground operations without well killing or blowing. As the core component of the pressurized working device, the hydraulic slip plays a key role in the safe and reliable operation of the pressurized working device. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the slider-type hydraulic slip and the split-type hydraulic slip, a new type of large-diameter hydraulic slip with both advantages was developed. The structure and working principle of this large-diameter hydraulic slip were introduced. The structural strength of the slip and the depth of the kava tooth bite into the tubing were theoretically calculated and tested on site.
