双向偏心轴楔横轧成形数值模拟研究

摘要 基于Deform-3D软件建立双向偏心轴楔横轧成形的有限元模型,分析双向偏心轴楔横轧的成形原理,研究成形角、展宽角和坯料温度对偏心距的影响规律。应用MATLAB程序进行非线性拟合,验证双向偏心轴楔横轧成形的可行性。研究结果表明,成形角为31°、展宽角为6°、坯料温度为1 150℃时,双向偏心轴的楔横轧成形质量最优。 Based on the Deform-3 D software, the finite element model of cross wedge rolling of the bi-directional eccentric shaft was established to analyze the forming principle of cross wedge rolling of the bi-directional eccentric shaft and study the influence of forming angle, widening angle and billet temperature on eccentricity. The nonlinear fitting was carried out by using MATLAB program to verify the forming feasibility of cross wedge rolling of the bi-directional eccentric shaft. The results show that the forming quality of the cross wedge rolling of the bi-directional eccentric shaft is optimal when the forming angle is 31°, the widening angle is 6°, and the billet temperature is 1 150 ℃.
