摘要 为分析硬质合金平头铣刀的铣削力系数与各工艺参数的关系,选取不同每齿进给量、轴向切深、径向切深等工艺参数组合进行正交试验。采用二次回归方程方法拟合出切向铣削力系数函数和径向铣削力系数函数,并验证了铣削力系数函数的可靠性。通过试验研究,确认轴向切深和每齿进给量对硬质合金平头铣刀铣削力系数影响较大。 In order to analyze the relationship between the milling force coefficient of carbide flat end milling cutter and various process parameters, orthogonal test was carried out by combining different process parameters such as different feed engagement, axial depth of cut and radial depth of cut. The quadratic regression equation method was used to fit the tangential milling force coefficient function and the radial milling force coefficient function while the reliability of the milling force coefficient function was verified.Through experimental study, it is confirmed that the axial depth of cut and the feed engagement have a great influence on the milling force coefficient of the carbide flat end milling cutter.
