42CrMo双头螺柱产品在装配作业过程中在螺纹部位发生断裂。针对这一问题,对断裂产品进行了断口形貌、力学性能、化学成分、金相组织等理化检验,并对制造过程进行了检查,确认了断裂原因。针对断裂原因,提出了改进措施。

The 42CrMo double-head stud product fractured at the threaded part during assembly work.In response to this issue, physical and chemical tests such as fracture pattern, mechanical properties,chemical composition, and metallographic structure were performed on the fractured product, and the manufacturing process was examined to validate the cause of the fracture. Corrective measures were proposed for the cause of the fracture.
