摘要
以两流中间包为研究对象,利用中间包内的挡墙侧边垂直开槽方法,使钢水沿中间包墙侧向流动,改变中间包内钢液流动方向。中间包内的钢液水平旋转后,可延长钢液在中间包内的停留时间,有利于钢液中非金属杂质的上浮,同时使得钢液的流动方向与重力引起的势流方向相反,抵消了涡流的巨大吸力,减少了非金属夹杂物的吸入,确保后序工艺的钢水的纯净度。
Taking the two-flow tundish as the research object,the method of vertical grooving of the side wall of the retaining wall in the tundish is used to make the molten steel flow along the side wall of the tundish and change the direction of the molten steel flow in the tundish.The rotation level of liquid steel in tundish can prolong residence time within the liquid steel in tundish,and also can advantageous to the surface of nonmetal impurity in liquid steel,at the same time,makes the molten steel flow and gravity caused by the potential flow direction on the contrary,offset the suction of eddy current,reduced the suction of non-metallic inclusion,order process to ensure the purity of molten steel.
