摘要 在轧钢工业中,加热炉是必备热处理设施,在工业自动化技术快速发展的影响下,其自动化水平也在逐渐提高。为了有效保证加热炉生产效率、质量与节能环保,进行了基于计算机的加热炉过程控制应用系统设计。其中,主要就热轧步进式加热炉自动化控制工艺流程,实时监控炉区相关设施设备的整个操作流程,并及时收集、处理、储存、加工了具体工艺数据信息,以为工作人员做出正确操作提供有利指导,同时,还通过对炉内温度进行全程监督管理,全方位跟踪板坯位置详细信息,以此给燃烧模型提供了健全的数据信息,从而为加热炉实现高效节能目标奠定了坚实的基础。 Heating furnace is a necessary heat treatment facility in rolling industry. With the rapid development of industrial automation technology,its automation level is gradually improved. In order to ensure the production efficiency,quality and energy saving and environmental protection of heating furnace effectively,a computer-based process control system for heating furnace is designed in this paper. Mainly for the hot rolling walking furnace automation control process flow,real-time monitoring of the entire operation process of related facilities and equipment in the furnace area is carried out,and timely collection,processing,storage and processing of specific process data information,It provides favorable guidance for staff to make correct operation,at the same time,it also provides sound data information for the combustion model by monitoring and managing the temperature in the furnace all the way and tracking the detailed information of slab position in all directions.Thus,it lays a solid foundation for the reheating furnace to achieve the goal of high efficiency and energy saving.
