摘要 考虑到小型燃煤锅炉在运行过程中采集温度范围广的基本特点,在此基础上以Atmega128单片机为基本结构,由此得出针对小型燃煤锅炉的高效温度采集系统。此系统的精确运行除了单片机外,还与K型热电偶等器件有着密切的关联,在单片机处理后将最终结果显示于TCM12864LCD显示器上。此系统所能够采集的温度范围极广,在精准捕捉0~700℃温度的同时还能确保最大非线性误差控制在3.00%范围内。型号为MAX6675的温度转换芯片与单片机串行SPI接口,此方式可以有效简化软硬件设计量。经实际验证表明,此系统在进行温度采集时精准性较高,可以满足小型燃煤锅炉的工业运行需求。 Considering the basic characteristics of a wide range of temperature acquisition in the operation of small coal-fired boilers,based on the basic structure of Atmega128 single chip microcomputer,an efficient temperature acquisition system for small coal-fired boilers is obtained.The precise operation of the system is not only related to the single-chip microcomputer,but also closely related to the k-type thermocouple and other devices. Under the processing of the single-chip microcomputer,the final results will be displayed on the TCM12864 LCD display.This system can collect a wide temperature range,the precise capture 0~700 ℃ temperature range at the same time also can ensure the maximum error of the nonlinear control within 3.00%.The temperature conversion chip MAX6675 and the serial SPI interface of single chip microcomputer can simplify the design of software and hardware effectively.The practical verification shows that this system has high accuracy in temperature acquisition and can meet the industrial operation requirements of small coal-fired boilers.
