摘要
以有限元理论为指导,在此基础上引入了ABAQUS软件,由此建立出完善的牵引框架有限元模型,同时对牵引框架的基本特点加以总结,明确其对应的边界条件以及荷载因素,由此展开有限元受力分析,明确各个部位对应的应力应变特征。最后,以探讨的结果为参考,由此对炉底机械牵引框架展开优化设计工作。
Based on the finite element theory as the instruction,on the basis of introducing the ABAQUS software,thus establish a perfect traction frame finite element model,at the same time try to summarize to the basic characteristics of traction frame,clear its corresponding boundary conditions and load factor,the finite element stress analysis,clear parts corresponding to the stress and strain characteristics.Finally,the optimization design of the mechanical traction frame on the bottom of the furnace is carried out.
