滨海城市旅游养老适宜性评价——基于广东省湛江市的实证分析

Suitability Evaluation of Tourism Endowment in Coastal City: A Case Study of Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province

结合养老旅游特征与滨海城市旅游资源优势,从旅游接待能力、养生养老环境、产业发展环境3个维度构建适宜性评价指标体系,运用综合指数评价模型,对湛江市旅游养老适宜性进行评价。结果表明:2008—2017年,湛江市旅游养老适宜性指数逐年稳步上升,常住人口数、地区GDP、卫生人员数、医疗卫生机构床位数、人均可支配收入、商品房销售额指标对旅游养老适宜性影响较大。提出培育旅游养老产业、促进游客社会融合、建设“老年友好城市”、制定绿色发展规划等建议。

According to the characteristics of old-age care tourism and the tourism resource advantages of coastal cities,the suitability evaluation index system was constructed from three dimensions of tourism reception capacity,health care and old-age care environment and industrial development environment,and the comprehensive index evaluation model was used to evaluate the suitability of Zhan Jiang city for tourism and old-age care.The results show that from 2008 to 2017,the tourism pension suitability index of Zhanjiang city has been steadily increasing year by year.The number of resident population,regional GDP,number of health personnel,number of beds in medical and health institutions,per capita disposable income and commodity housing sales have a great impact on the tourism pension suitability.The paper puts forward suggestions on cultivating tourism and old-age care industry,promoting social integration of tourists,building “elderly friendly city”,and formulating green development plan.
