内蒙古自治区土地利用均衡度时空评价研究

The Spatiotemporal Balance Degree Evaluation of Land Use in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

运用极值标准化法、算术平均法和几何平均法、聚类分析法和GIS空间分析法,从时间、空间两个维度对内蒙古土地利用均衡度进行评价。时间上,内蒙古地区2008—2017年均衡状态由一般失衡转为轻度失衡,大部分盟市逐年向相对均衡状态发展,盟市间差距呈现缩小趋势。空间上,内蒙古整体失衡状态严峻且空间分布不均衡,东南部开发不足,中部及东北部开发严重不足,西部地区除乌海市开发过度外,失衡度大致由东向西递减。土地利用均衡度总体处于较低水平,除呼包鄂城市群相对均衡外,其余盟市均处于失衡状态。

Using extremum standardization method,arithmetic average method and geometric average method,cluster analysis method and GIS spatial analysis method,this paper evaluates the land use equilibrium degree of Inner Mongolia from two dimensions of time and space,and provides reference for the study of land use equilibrium system in backward minority areas and the formulation of relevant schemes and policies,so as to promote the sustainable use of land.From the time point of view,the equilibrium state of Inner Mongolia from 2008 to 2017 has changed from general imbalance to slight imbalance.Most of the League cities have developed to relative equilibrium state year by year,and the gap between League cities has shown a narrowing trend.Spatially,the overall imbalance in Inner Mongolia is severe and uneven in spatial distribution.The development in the southeast is inadequate,and the development in the central and northeast is inadequate.In addition to the over-exploitation in Wuhai City,the degree of imbalance in the western region decreases from east to west.It is concluded that the land use equilibrium degree is generally at a low level,except for the relatively balanced urban agglomeration of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos,the rest of the League cities are in an unbalanced state.The change of the relative relationship between land use development intensity and supply capacity will lead to the change of land use equilibrium.In the future development,we should guide the economic factors to incline to the middle and eastern areas appropriately and gradually improve the spatial imbalance of land use in Inner Mongolia.
