恭城瑶族自治县高标准基本农田建设潜力研究

On the Construction Potential of High Standard Basic Farmland in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County

建设高标准基本农田是保障耕地数量和质量的重要举措。以桂林市恭城瑶族自治县为研究区,从农田自身禀赋条件和外部资源配给条件两方面,选取11个指标构建高标准基本农田建设潜力评价体系,并以恭城瑶族自治县的基本农田图斑为基础,运用ArcGIS软件对7794个耕地图斑进行潜力测算。结果表明:恭城瑶族自治县的高标准基本农田建设潜力值在0.0666~0.1125之间,平均潜力值为0.1076,高、中、低潜力区分别占基本农田总面积的20.4%、53.29%、26.30%,中等潜力水平占优,表明该县高标准基本农田建设的挖潜能力大。其中,高标准基本农田建设前景较好的乡镇有西岭镇、平安乡与嘉会镇。这为恭城瑶族自治县建设高标准基本农田提供借鉴和指导。

The construction of high-standard basic farmland was an important measure to ensure the quantity and quality of cultivated land.Taking Gongcheng Autonomous County as the research area,11 indicators were selected to construct a high standard basic farmland construction potential evaluation system from the two aspects of farmland self-endowment conditions and external resource allocation conditions.Moreover,based on the basic farmland maps of Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County,the ArcGIS software was used to calculate the potential of 7 794 farmland polygons.The results showed that the potential value of high standard basic farmland construction in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County ranged from 0.066 6 to 0.112 5,and the average potential value was 0.107 6.The high,medium and low potential areas accounted for 20.41%,53.29% and 26.30% of the total area of basic farmland respectively;the dominant one was the middle potential level area which indicated that the county had great potential of high-standard basic farmland construction.Thereinto,villages and towns with good prospects for high standard basic farmland construction included Xiling Town,Ping'an village and Jiahui Town.It was expected that this paper would provide reference and guidance for the construction of high standard basic farmland in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County.
