合成氨工艺及节能改造分析

摘要 随着我国科学技术和经济的不断发展和进步,在人们的日常生活中,不断涌现出各种各样的化工制品,提高了人们的生活质量。在进行化工制品的生产制造过程中,使用合成氨工艺的情况比较普遍,合成氨的主要原材料是煤和石油等,是通过将氮和氨实施合成而得到的农业化肥氨元素,正在很大程度上推动了我国农业方面的发展和进步。然而在合成氨工艺中,要花费比较多的材料以及能源,投入的成本较多,但生产效率较低。通过分析合成氨工艺流程,阐述了合成氨工艺中的不足之处并提出了相应的节能改造措施,为我国合成氨工艺及节能改造提供了参考和帮助。 With the continuous development and progress of science and technology and economy in our country,various chemical products have emerged in people’s daily life,which have improved our quality of life to some extent.In the process of manufacturing and manufacturing chemical products,the use of synthetic ammonia technology is more common.The main raw materials for ammonia synthesis are coal and petroleum,etc.It is an agrochemical fertilizer ammonia element obtained by synthesizing nitrogen and ammonia.Promoted the development and progress of China's agriculture.However,in the ammonia synthesis process,it takes a lot of materials and energy,and the input cost is relatively high,but the production efficiency is relatively low.This paper analyzes the synthesis according to the process flow,expounds the shortcomings in the synthetic safety process and puts forward the corresponding energy-saving transformation measures,which provides reference and help for China's ammonia synthesis process and energy-saving transformation.
