MTP装置甲醇蒸发系统结焦原因分析

摘要 对MTP装置甲醇蒸发系统结焦原因进行了深入分析,发现此结焦物为重烃类物质在高温下长时间聚集所致,通过高压清洗、粗甲醇进料流程技改、反应器床层温度控制,改善了甲醇蒸发效果,减缓了蒸发系统结焦。 In-depth analysis of the cause of coking in methanol evaporation system of MTP plant was carried out.It was found that this coking material was caused by long-term aggregation of heavy hydrocarbons at high temperature.It was modified by high pressure cleaning,crude methanol feed process,reactor bed.Temperature control improves the evaporation of methanol and slows down the coking of the evaporation system.
