摘要
水煤浆加压气化工艺技术的实施,可生产出合成氨、合成甲醇等工艺所需的氢气和一氧化碳等原料。但是在加压气化的过程中,由于受到原煤质量、气化工艺等因素的影响,水煤浆加压气化的生产效率会受到影响。因而有必要对相关影响因素进行分析研究,然后采取相应的优化措施。主要结合水煤浆加压气化工艺技术的特点,分析影响气化工艺的因素和相关解决措施。
The implementation of pressurized coal gasification process technology can produce raw materials such as hydrogen and carbon monoxide required for the synthesis of ammonia and methanol.However,in the process of pressurized gasification,due to the influence of raw coal quality,gasification process and other factors,the production efficiency of coal water slurry pressurized gasification will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the relevant influencing factors,and then take corresponding optimization measures.This paper will combine the characteristics of the coal-water slurry pressurized gasification process technology to talk about the factors affecting the gasification process and related solutions.
