新型物理材料在电子电路中的运用

摘要 进入日新月异的21世纪,随着经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平整体提高,互联网信息化的高度覆盖,各种电子设备已经成为人们生活娱乐必不可少的基本配置。电子电路是一种新型的、功能强大的、运用广泛的集成电路,电子元器件是组成电路的重要基础,为更好地适应时代的发展和进步,电子电路的性能优化与提高一直在进行中,而新型物理材料的导电导热性相对更好,电流的传输更加稳定高效,故选用新型的物理材料是适应时代发展需要和提高电子电路质量的重要手段。 Entering the ever-changing 21st century,with the rapid development of the economy,the overall improvement of people’s living standards,and the high coverage of Internet information,various electronic devices have become an essential basic configuration for people’s life and entertainment.Electronic circuit is a new type of powerful,widely used integrated circuit.The electronic original device is an important basis for the circuit.In order to better adapt to the development and progress of the times,the performance optimization and improvement of electronic circuits are ongoing.The new physical materials have relatively better electrical and thermal conductivity,and the current transmission is more stable and efficient.Therefore,the selection of new physical materials is an important means to adapt to the development of the times and to improve the quality of electronic circuits.
