摘要
临近海洋的储罐,由于受到海洋气候的影响,往往会面临严峻的腐蚀现象。浙江石油化工有限公司苯罐的腐蚀类型与失效后果与海上平台储罐有较多相似之处。临海或海上平台储罐的防腐都会面临同一个问题,那就是海水中的氯离子、硫酸根离子、碳酸根离子等对储罐腐蚀的影响。有毒介质储罐的腐蚀会减少的使用寿命,缩短储罐的质检周期,增加运行成本,对企业的安全生产、经济效益,员工自身安全带来不可忽视的隐患。如何控制、预防储罐的腐蚀是石油化工企业的重要课题。针对地处海洋气候苯类有毒介质储罐的设计、施工应注意的问题,对腐蚀部位及腐蚀原因、防护进行分析,并提出合理化建议。
Storage tanks near the ocean are often subject to severe corrosion due to the influence of the marine climate. Zhejiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.benzene tank corrosion type and failure consequences have more similarities with offshore platform storage tanks. The anti-corrosion of storage tanks on the sea or offshore platforms will face the same problem,that is,the influence of chloride, sulfate and carbonate ions in the seawater on the corrosion of the storage tank. Corrosion of toxic medium storage tanks will reduce the service life of storage tanks,shorten the quality inspection period of storage tanks,increase operating costs,and bring hidden dangers to the safety production,economic benefits and safety of employees. How to control and prevent the corrosion of storage tanks is an important issue for petrochemical enterprises. In view of the problems in the design and construction of benzene toxic medium storage tanks located in marine climate,the corrosion sites,corrosion causes and protections are analyzed,and rationalization suggestions are proposed.
