摘要 建立了非水电位滴定法测定3-氨基-1-金刚烷醇含量的方法。采用ZDDY-2008型自动电位滴定仪,以冰醋酸30mL、醋酐5mL为溶剂进行电位滴定。结果表明,该法滴定终点突跃明显,重复性好(RSD=0.12%,n=6),3-氨基-1-金刚烷醇取样量在120.3~180.3mg时,与消耗高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)体积线性关系良好(r=1.000)。结论:非水电位滴定法准确快捷,可用于3-氨基-1-金刚烷醇的含量测定。 A method for the determination of 3-amino-1-adamantanol by non-aqueous potentiometric titration was established. Potentiometric titration was carried out using a ZDDY-2008 automatic potentiometric titrator with 30ml of glacial acetic acid and 5ml of acetic anhydride.The results showed that the titration end point of the method was obvious,the repeatability was good(RSD=0.12%, n=6),and the sample volume of 3-amino-1-adamantanol was in the range of 120.3~180.3mg with the consumption of perchloric acid titration solution(The volume linear relationship of 0.1mol/L was good(r=1.000).Conclusion :The non-aqueous potentiometric titration method is accurate and rapid,and can be used for the determination of 3-amino-1-adamantanol.
