摘要
目前石化企业涉及较多的加氢装置用于产品质量升级,如重油加氢(如渣油加氢)、汽油加氢、柴油加氢等,在加氢装置生产过程中,特别是重油加氢装置生产过程中,存在较大的压力差,即部分设备操作压力为高压,而部分设备为低压或常压。如后续精馏装置,若工艺设计不合理,忽视高压串低压危险概率或操作不当,导致高压串低压,则可能引发较严重的事故后果,而高压串低压后果风险程度往往属于“不可容忍”范围。若想防止高压串低压,首先需要了解高压串低压的原因,即发生机理,然后从降低事故发生概率和事故后果角度出发,采取措施预防危害。
