摘要
从Innovene气相聚丙烯装置造粒过程中经常出现大小粒导致产品不合格入手,全面分析了产生大小粒的原因。并针对原因,详细阐述了造粒系统工艺流程中模板、切刀以及冷却水对大小粒的影响以及解决方案,从而达到减少大小粒数量的目的,使装置能够长期稳定的运行。
Starting from the unqualified products caused by large and small particles in the granulation process of Innovene gasphase polypropylene plant,the reasons for producing large and small particles were comprehensively analyzed.In view of the reasons, the influences of formwork,cutter and cooling water on the size of granules in the process flow of granulation system and the solutions are elaborated in detail.Thus,the number of large and small particles can be reduced,and the device can run steadily for a long time.
