经过多年使用,某实验室及标准源库对周边环境造成了一定的放射性污染。由于政府用地规划变更,实验室及源库原址将被拆迁用于住宅开发。论述了实验室及源库退役整治的方法。按照国家相关标准,在施工前、施工中、施工后均必须进行放射性监测,通过监测,可以使拆迁后的原址无限制开放使用。

After years of use,a laboratory and standard source library have caused certain radioactive pollution to the surrounding environment.Due to changes in government land use planning,the original site of the laboratory and source library will be demolished for residential development.This paper discusses the methods of decommissioning and remediation of laboratories and source reservoirs, and believes that in accordance with relevant national standards,radioactive monitoring must be carried out before,during and after construction.Through monitoring,the original site after demolition can be opened unrestricted.
