摘要
近年来随着我国经济水平的腾飞,诸如电气、油气以及天然气等人们日常生活赖以生存的能源,都开始借助各类长输管道进行运送。如此一来,这些管道工程在建设过程之中能够在多大程度上掌握一定的安全自主管理能力,必然会对管道最终投入使用的效率以及安全性产生不容忽视的影响。而承包商作为这些管道工程的建设主体,其安全意识水平是否能够保持在较为先进的层面上,其安全领导能力是否足够,是否能够采用科学的安全管理方式来对待工程,都将在不同程度上决定最终的工程安全性。因此,以此为出发点,探究我国各类管道工程在建设过程当中的安全自主管理能力的提升途径。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economic and material level,energy sources such as electricity,oil and gas,and natural gas,which people rely on for their daily life,have begun to transport by means of various longdistance pipelines.In this way,in the process of construction,to what extent can these pipeline projects grasp a certain degree of safety self-management capability,it will inevitably have a significant impact on the efficiency and safety of the final pipeline operation.As the main body of construction of these pipeline projects,whether the contractor’s safety awareness level can be maintained at a more advanced level,whether its safety leadership ability is sufficient,and whether the contractor can adopt a scientific safety management approach to the project will determine the final project safety to varying degrees.Therefore,this paper attempts to take this as a starting point to explore the ways to enhance the safety and autonomous management ability of various pipeline projects in the construction process.
