摘要
选择扫描电镜/能谱仪法对油漆样本进行检验,通过对其微观形貌、所含元素种类、相对含量的差异性的分析研究,可以为检验鉴定工作提供一定的帮助和理论依据。
SEM/EDS were used to examine paint samples.Through the analysis on the difference of the micro-morphology,the kinds of elements and relative content,it can provide some help and theoretical basis for the work of inspection and identification.
