摘要
为了定量分析某化肥厂危化品等级,以《危险化学品重大危险源辨识》为依据,以R值为指标,采用风险定量评价方法对该企业危化品危险源进行辨识和风险评估,结果表明,R值计算结果和实际情况耦合度较高。相关研究成果可作为化肥厂危化品分级管理的理论依据。
In order to quantitatively analyze the grade of hazardous chemicals in a chemical fertilizer plant,this paper takes the identification of major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals as the basis,and uses R as the index to identify and risk the dangerous sources of hazardous chemicals In the enterprise.Evaluation,the results show that the R value calculation results and the actual situation coupling degree is higher.The relevant research results can be used as the theoretical basis for the hierarchical management of hazardous chemicals in chemical fertilizer plants.
