危险化学品环境污染事故应急废物处理处置及全过程管理

Emergency Waste Disposal and Whole Process Management of Hazardous Chemicals Environmental Pollution Accidents

危险化学品对于环境的污染非常严重,在处理危险化学品废物时,需要明确处理过程。但是我国对危险化学品的废物处理并没有做出明确规定。在处理应急废物过程中,还存在行为不规范、不明确的情况,现在我国的技术还没有完全成熟,导致处理应急废物的过程中,容易造成二次污染。首先分析了危险化学品应急废物处理处置存在的问题,然后说明应对思路,最后说明了危险化学品环境污染事故应急废物处理处置全过程。

Hazardous chemicals pollute the environment very seriously.When dealing with hazardous chemicals wastes,it is necessary to clarify the treatment process.However,there is no clear regulation on hazardous chemicals waste disposal in China.In the process of dealing with emergency waste,there are still irregular and unclear behaviors.At present,China’s technology is not yet fully mature,leading to secondary pollution in the process of dealing with emergency waste.In this paper,the existing problems of hazardous chemicals emergency waste treatment and disposal are described first,then the countermeasures are explained,and finally the whole process of hazardous chemicals environmental pollution emergency waste treatment and disposal is explained.
