摘要
建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定氨茶碱中的杂质含量,并对氨茶碱中杂质含量进行方法学验证。结果表明,该方法操作简便、数据准确、可靠,适用于测定BP/EP版本的氨茶碱。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the determination of impurities in aminophylline,and the methodological validation of the impurities in aminophylline was carried out.The method is simple,accurate and reliable.It is suitable for the determination of aminophylline in BP/EP version.
