摘要
地表水是人们饮用水的来源之一,地表水的水质好坏直接影响到人们健康。总氮是衡量水体污染程度的指标之一,准确测量总氮含量可有效评价水体水质。采用碱性过硫酸钾紫外分光光度法测量地表环境水中总氮的含量,并从实验过程入手,逐一分析实验影响因素,排除了干扰因素,得到了获取准确实验结果的实验条件,并分析了总氮与有机氮、无机氮之间的关联。
Surface water is one of the sources of drinking water.The quality of surface water directly affects people’s health.Total nitrogen is one of the indicators to measure the degree of water pollution.Accurate measurement of total nitrogen content can effectively evaluate water quality.The content of total nitrogen in surface environmental water was measured by alkaline potassium persulfate ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The experimental factors were analyzed,and the influencing factors were excluded.The experimental conditions for obtaining accurate experimental results were obtained.The relationship between nitrogen and organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen.
