摘要
水质监测中,样品采集的规范与否直接影响到数据的代表性和准确性,通过实验验证了采样时的静置时间和固定剂的加入次序对废水中氨氮测定的影响。采集样品后24h内进行分析,是否加固定剂(硫酸)对氨氮的测定数据影响不大;采集样品时是否静置30min对氨氮的数据影响不大;采集样品时是否静置后再加固定剂对氨氮的数据影响不大。
In the water quality monitoring,the specification of sample collection directly affects the representativeness and accuracy of the data.This paper verifies the influence of the standing time during sampling and the order of addition of fixative on the determination of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater.The analysis was carried out within 24 hours after sample collection.Whether the addition of fixative(sulfuric acid)had little effect on the determination data of ammonia nitrogen;whether the sample was allowed to stand for 30min had little effect on the ammonia nitrogen data;whether the sample was allowed to stand still after the sample was collected The impact on ammonia nitrogen data is small.
