定向井轨迹控制关键技术研究

摘要 针对定向井钻井作业过程中的轨迹控制问题,结合我国定向井钻井作业现状,首先阐述在定向井钻井作业过程中需要注意的相关问题,然后从多个角度出发,对定向井钻井作业过程中轨迹控制的关键技术进行深入研究,为定向井钻井作业的开展奠定基础。研究表明:在进行定向井钻井作业过程中,需要注意减小最大井斜角、选择最合理的井眼曲率两大关键问题,其主要的关键技术可以分为四个方面,分别是直井段的关键技术、造斜段关键技术、稳斜段关键技术以及水平段关键技术。 In view of the trajectory control problem in the directional well drilling operation,combined with the current status of directional well drilling operations in China,the related problems that need to be paid attention to during the directional well drilling operation are first described.Then,from many angles,the directional well drilling operation process The key technologies of the middle track control are deeply studied to lay the foundation for the development of directional well drilling operations.The research shows that in the process of directional well drilling,it is necessary to pay attention to reducing the maximum well angle and selecting the most reasonable hole curvature.The main key technologies can be divided into four aspects,namely the vertical well section.Key technologies,key technologies for creating oblique sections,key technologies for stable slopes,and key technologies for horizontal sections.
