医学技术主义是近现代以来医学发展中出现的一种思潮,其主要表征就是医学技术主体化、资本化、非人性化。这种思潮对医患信任的消极影响,主要体现在造成医患情感疏离、利益博弈、心理隔阂及诊疗体验差等方面。必须促进医学技术人性化、规范化、适宜化、均衡化,以系紧医患情感纽带、缓解医患利益冲突、消除医患心理隔阂、改善医患诊疗体验,从而矫治医学技术主义,促进医患信任的建立和维持。
