健康大数据的迅速发展在具体实施过程中显现出来一些弊端和缺陷,导致个人敏感信息和隐私暴露事件不断增加,引发一系列社会伦理问题,造成不良社会影响,进一步加剧医患矛盾。通过对目前健康大数据应用现状的分析,并从数据信息采集、传输共享、网络安全及医务人员对隐私保护意识等方面探讨健康数据中隐私暴露的相关危险因素,并结合实际提出加强政策层面的有效监督机制、规范数据传输共享细节管理、提高医务人员隐私保护意识等方面的具体应对策略,使大众能够在健康安全的信息环境下,享受到便捷优质的医疗服务。

The rapid development of health big data shows some drawbacks and defects in the specific implementation process, which leads to the increasing number of personal sensitive information and privacy exposure incidents, triggers a series of social ethical problems, causes adverse social impact, and further intensifies the doctor-patient contradiction. Based on the analysis of the current status of health data application, this study discussed the risk factors of privacy exposure in health data from the aspects of data information collection, transmission and sharing, network security and medical staff’s awareness of privacy protection. At the same time, it combined with the actual situation to put forward specific countermeasures, such as strengthening the effective supervision mechanism at the policy level, standardizing the management of data transmission and sharing details, and improving the awareness of privacy protection of medical staff, which would help the public to enjoy convenient and high-quality medical services in a healthy and safe information environment.
