器官捐献家庭救助模式与危机干预理论视角下的社工介入

Models of Family Assistance after Organ Donation and Social Workers Intervention with the Perspective of the Crisis Intervention Theory

中国的器官捐献事业正处于大力推进的关键时期,然而,在器官捐献结束后,一些捐献者的家庭陷入危机亟需救助。中国器官捐献救助体系的建设总体滞后,社工与志愿者成为介入器官捐献家庭救助的重要力量。试图通过将上海市某大型公立医院的器官捐献社工介入情况作为案例,以社会工作中的危机干预作为理论视角,具体分析目前社会工作者介入器官捐献后的器官捐献家庭救助式现状,并探索其未来发展的可能。根据不同的家庭类别,社工通过不同的救助模式进行危机干预,对家庭成员的需求进行个性化分析,体现人文关怀,有利于进一步推动器官捐献与器官移植事业的整体与可持续发展。

The development of organ donation is in a crucial period of history in China. However, after organ donation ends, some donors’ families are in crisis and need helps. In China, the social assistance system of organ donation is generally lagging, and social workers and volunteers have become the important force to intervene in the family assistance after organ donation. This paper attempted to take the intervention of social workers in a large public hospital in Shanghai as an example, and it used the crisis intervention in social work as a theoretical perspective to analyze the current situation of family assistance in organ donation after the intervention of social workers, and to explore the possibility of its future development.According to different family categories, social workers carried out the crisis interventions in different models of assistance, conducted personalized analysis of the needs of family members and reflected humanistic care. It will be conducive to further promote the overall and sustainable development of organ donation and organ transplantation.
