以广西大同江水能资源开发规划环评为例,通过调查、分析和论证,排除了规划开发方案中对大同江生态环境存在重大影响的因素,提出了环境优化调整建议和环境影响减缓措施,为大同江干流上的水能资源有序开发和合法管理提供了科学依据。

For the water resources development planning of Datongjiang River in Guangxi,based on investigation,analysis and demonstration,the factors which may lead to significant impact on the ecological environment were removed,environmental optimization suggestions and impact alleviation measures were put forward.
