从做人和做事两个方面论述了2019年2月水利部发布的新时代水利行业精神的理论内涵:“忠诚、干净、担当、科学、求实、创新”。新时代水利精神既是对中国优秀治水理念的传承,也是今后中国水利现代化事业发展的精神支撑。国有水利企业作为水利行业市场主体的中坚力量,也必将成为践行新时代水利精神的重要主体。在实践中,水利企业必须要统筹兼顾新时代水利精神中的各个要素,深刻领会和把握理论内涵和现实脉络,不断深化认知认同,最终提升企业软、硬实力。

The Ministry of Water Resources issued in February of 2019 the new era water conservancy spirits of loyal,clean,responsible,scientific,realistic and innovative.The author discussed the connotation of the spirits from two aspects of behave and work.New era water conservancy spirit is not only inheritance of excellent water control concept in China,but also spiritual support for development of water resources modernization in the future.As the backbone of the market bodies of water industry,the state-owned water enterprises will surely become an important subject of practicing the water conservancy spirit in the new era.It is necessary for water enterprises to take into account all the elements of the new era water conservancy spirit,deeply understanding the theoretical connotation and realistic context,ceaselessly deepen cognitive identity,so as to finally upgrade the soft and hard power of enterprise.
