体育项目业余锻炼等级标准化网络信息平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of Network Information Platform for Standardization of Amateur Exercise Level in Sports Events

采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,对体育项目业余锻炼等级标准化网络信息平台建设的基本特点与功能、设计理念与原则、组织架构与模块等进行了深入研究。研究认为:(1)建设体育项目业余锻炼等级标准化网络信息平台,是互联网创新成果与全民健身深度融合的结果,对于完善全民健身公共服务体系,实现全民健身国家战略顶层设计,加速推进健康中国具有不可替代的作用;(2)体育项目业余锻炼等级标准化网络信息平台具有垂直性、针对性、公益性、便利性和创新性等特点,具备用户注册与登录、网络信息自动抓取与更新、信息资源加工与整合、智能化分类和相似性检索、相关信息源和数据库的链接、用户兴趣建模与聚类等功能;(3)体育项目业余锻炼等级标准化网络信息平台,以紧跟移动互联网时代脉搏、展现信息化建设成果、人性化服务体育项目业余锻炼人群为设计理念,以政府主导性、系统性、实用性、可扩展性、安全性和整体优化性为设计原则;(4)根据当前的技术手段和前后台操作人员的实际需要设计了C/S结合B/S的混合模式组织架构,前台设有9个服务模块,后台主要从5部分内容对系统进行管理。

By means of literature,expert interviews and logical analysis,basic features and functions,design concepts and principles,organizational structure and modules of the construction of the Network Information Platform for Standardization of Amateur Exercise Level in Sports Events were studied in depth.The study concluded that:(1) The construction of the Network Information Platform for Standardization of Amateur Exercise Level in Sports Events was the result of the deep integration of the innovative achievements of the Internet and national fitness.It played an irreplaceable role in improving the public service system of national fitness,realizing the top-level design of national strategy for national fitness and accelerating the promotion of healthy China.(2) The Network Information Platform for Standardization of Amateur Exercise Level in Sports Events had the characteristics of verticality,pertinence,public welfare,convenience and innovation.It had the functions of user registration and login,automatic capture and update of network information,information resource processing and integration,intelligent classification and similarity retrieval,links between relevant information sources and databases,user interest modeling and clustering,etc.(3) The Network Information Platform for Standardization of Amateur Exercise Level in Sports Events was designed with the idea of keeping up with the pulse of the mobile Internet era,displaying the achievements of information construction and humanized service for amateur sports training crowd.It was designed on the principles of government dominance,systematicness,practicability,scalability,security and overall optimization.(4) According to the current technical means and the actual needs of front-end and back-end operators,the Network Information Platform for Standardization of Amateur Exercise Level in Sports Events designed a hybrid organizational structure of C/S and B/S.Its front desk had nine service modules,and the back desk mainly manages the system from five parts.
