研究目的:更好推进我国乒乓球国际赛事参赛选拔办法的科学化、制度化、长效化建设,助力中国乒乓球长盛不衰。研究方法:文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法。结论:1)该办法的出台背景是:日韩选手的快速崛起,国际乒联的积分改革,国乒换帅的争议动荡,参赛资格的大众质疑。2)其局限体现在:出台滞后仓促,有失系统考量;助推力度偏大,有损公平竞争;刚性选拔失度,有违竞技规律;众“督”办法缺位,有抑大众监督。3)新的国际赛事参赛选拔办法的建构策略是:建立以奥运会为最高层次的参赛资格选拔体系;强化和优化以公平竞争为主导的参赛资格生成机制;建构以竞技规律为基本遵循的参赛选拔科学体系;完善以大众监督为辅助监督的参赛选拔监督体系。

Research objectives:In order to further promote the systematic and scientific construction of the selection methods for Chinese table tennis players in international competitions and achieve generationalprosperity.Research methodologies:Means of literature and expert interviews.Research conclusions:1) the background of this method is:the rapid rise of Japanese and Korean athletes,the reform of the points of the International Table Tennis Federation,disputes and unrest of Handsome position change of the Chinese table tennis team,and the public questioning of the qualification to participate in the competition.2) Its limitations are as follows:a lag in haste and a loss of systematic consideration,excessive boost;the thrust force is slightly large to harm fair competition;rigid selection is contrary to the law of competition;the absence of public supervision means public supervision.3) Its construction strategies are:to establish a competition qualification selection system with the Olympic Games as the highest level;to strengthen and optimize the competition qualification generation mechanism with fair competition as the leading factor;to construct a scientific system for the selection of competitions based on the rules of competition.
