一种电力客户信用等级评估方法的设计

随着电力工业改革和电力客户规模的不断扩大,用电缴费回收风险逐渐凸显,电力用电客户欠费行为涉及到多方面的问题,文章融合企业用电趋势、缴费行为、企业信用、行业发展趋势多个维度进行研究,构建基于电力信用分的信用体系研究平台,通过开展以上研究,建立完善的用电企业信用评价体系,提高电力供应的服务水平与质量。

With the reform of electric power industry and the continuous expansion of the scale of electric power customers,the risk of electricity payment and recovery is becoming increasingly prominent,and the behavior of electric power customers in arrears involves many problems.This paper studies the trend of enterprise electricity consumption,payment behavior,enterprise credit and industry development trend,and constructs the research platform of credit system based on electric power credit score,and establish a perfect credit evaluation system for power enterprises,so as to improve the service level and quality of power supply.
