摘要
当前市场上便携式电场监测设备待机时间普遍在4~8小时,待机时间短,限制了设备的使用场所和方便性,急需开发一款待机时间更长、户外也能放心使用的设备。作者从硬件和软件两方面着手设计出一款超低功耗系统,具有更低工作电流,可持续工作12小时以上。其中在硬件设计上,筛选微功耗处理器、减少外部器件数量、设计低功耗外围电路,如适用于系统的高效DC-DC电路、可转换的多晶振设计等。在软件设计上,选择处理器的最优微功耗功能、用中断代替查询、设计显示屏亮度可调等降耗设计。由此综合实现该款超低功耗系统,达到待机12小时的目标。目前该系统已顺利应用于便携式环境电场监测设备,并供货给国内某环境监测站、某国防院所以及某核电站。
Most portableelectromagnetic radiation monitoring devices can work 4~8 hours,the short working time limits its market.Therefore,we design one low-power system for portable electric field monitoring devices.We decrease the system's working current to increase its working time.In the hardware designing,we choose low-power microchip,cut the number of peripheral devices and design low-power peripheral circuits.In the software designing,we pick the most suitable working mode,choose interrupting instead of demanding and design adjustable brightness grades for LCD.Then we get one low-power system which can work 12 hours at least.Until now,our system has been used on some portable electric field monitoring devices and these devices have been sold to some environmental monitoring station,some national defense institution and nuclear power plants.
