一种多路射频电连接器的结构设计

摘要 随着军用电子装备的发展,整机设备中的集成度越来越高,集束多路射频电连接器作为快速互联元器件,逐渐成为整机装备需求的热点之一。文章以某机载雷达项目的使用需求作为依托,针对多路射频电连接器小体积、多功能化、可单路更换调试的使用要求,设计出一种结构新颖的可互联互换多路射频电连接器,通过理论计算和ANSYS软件仿真,对产品进行设计和优化,验证结构的合理性。 With the development of military electronic equipment,the integration of the whole equipment is getting higher and higher.As a fast interconnecting component,cluster multi-channel radio frequency electrical connector has gradually become one of the hot spots in the equipment requirements of the whole machine.Based on the application requirements of an airborne radar project,and aiming at the requirements of small size,multi-function,single-channel replacement and debugging of multi-channel radio frequency electrical connector,a novel interchangeable multi-channel radio frequency electrical connector is designed in this paper.Through theoretical calculation and ANSYS software simulation,the product is designed and optimized to verify the rationality of the structure.
