Q345R+NCu30复合钢板焊接技术要点

摘要 通过对Q345R+NCu30复合钢板的焊接工艺试验及焊接工艺评定,确定了合理的焊接工艺,并成功运用于镍复合钢板容器的焊接制造中,取得了良好的效果,不仅保证了产品的各项力学性能及镍合金复层的耐蚀性能达到技术指标,还为同类产品的焊接积累了宝贵的经验。 Through the welding process test and welding procedure evaluation of Q345R+NCu30 composite steel plate,a reasonable welding process was determined.It was successfully applied in the welding manufacturing of nickel composite steel plate container,which achieved good results and not only guaranteed the products.The mechanical properties and the corrosion resistance of the nickel alloy composite layer have reached the technical index,and have accumulated valuable experience for the welding of similar products.
