1000MW超超临界塔式锅炉典型问题及解决方案综述

文章对由上海锅炉厂设计、制造的1000MW超超临界塔式锅炉在投入运行中出现的典型问题进行了分析并且制订解决方案,为今后同类型机组的设计、制造、安装、检修、监督提供借鉴,提高1000MW超超临界塔式锅炉安全可靠性。

In this paper,the typical problems in the operation of 1000MW ultra-supercritical tower boiler designed and manufactured by Shanghai Boiler Plant are analyzed and the solutions are worked out.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the design,manufacture,installation,maintenance and supervision of the same type of units in the future,so as to improve the safety and reliability of 1000MW ultra-supercritical tower boiler.
