提高页岩解吸气组分分析进样一次性成功率质量控制措施

基于页岩解吸气组分分析进样工艺开发,分析了提高进样一次性成功率工艺实施过程的质量控制。从质量控制的人、机、料、法、环、测等多个维度出发,讨论了影响进样一次性成功率质量的一些关键性因素,分析了该技术在应用过程中质量控制存在的问题,并从质量保证角度提出了一些建设性的改进意见与补救措施,旨在通过质量控制提高页岩气组分分析进样一次性成功率,实现降本增效。

Based on the development of coal seam desorption component analysis injection technology,the quality control of the process of improving the one-time success rate of sample injection is analyzed.Starting from the dimensions of quality control,such as human,machine,material,method,ring,measurement and so on,this paper discusses some key factors affecting the quality of one-time success rate of injection,analyzes on the existing problems of quality control in the application of this technology,and puts forward some constructive improvement suggestions and remedial measures from the point of view of quality assurance,in order to improve the one-time success rate of shale methane component analysis and realize cost reduction and efficiency.
