摘要
文章是基于嵌入式系统对气溶胶热发生器的关键技术——温控系统的研究,以高速MCU为主控芯片,搭建温度控制系统闭环回路,采用双波段温度控制技术,可快速达到温度控制目标并稳定,实现开机3分钟即可工作,基于该温度控制系统,顺利开发了基于蒸发冷凝原理的气溶胶热发生器,经过测试,气溶胶热发生器在165秒达到所需温度并最终保持在400℃,实现温度的快速高精度控制。
This paper is based on the research of temperature control system,which is the key technology of aerosol heat generator based on embedded system.The closed loop of temperature control system is built with high speed MCU as the main control chip,and the dual band temperature control technology is adopted.The temperature control target can be achieved quickly and stably,and the machine can work in 3 minutes.Based on the temperature control system,an aerosol heat generator based on evaporation and condensation principle is developed successfully.The aerosol heat generator reaches the required temperature in 165 seconds and finally remains at 400℃,realizing fast and high precision temperature control.
