关于汽车行业智能网联技术开发项目的管理模式探究

随着科技革命的快速推进,5G、云计算、人工智能等新一代信息技术正在与汽车交通等领域深度融合,并不断推动着车与车、路、人、云多维信息交互网络的形成,人们的生产生活方式正在发生着深刻变革,智能网联汽车正逐步成为未来汽车产业发展的战略方向。文章阐述了智能网联汽车的定义、关键技术,结合整车开发项目与技术开发项目在管理模式上的差异,基于汽车行业的特殊性对技术开发的管理模式进行了探讨。

With the rapid development of scientific and technological revolution,a new generation of information technologies,such as 5G,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,are deeply integrated with automobile transportation and other fields,and continue to promote the formation of multi-dimensional information interactive networks between cars and vehicles,roads,people and clouds.People's production and life style is undergoing profound changes,intelligent network joint automobile is gradually becoming the strategic direction of the development of the automobile industry in the future.This paper expounds the definition and key technology of intelligent network automobile,combined with the difference between vehicle development project and technology development project in management mode,and discusses the management mode of technology development based on the particularity of automobile industry.
