辽西驴血液生化指标和血常规的测定分析

Clinical Biochemical and Hematologic Values of Donkeys in Western Liaoning Province

为辽西驴个体选择、品种培育、疾病防治及健康状况监测等提供较为有效的参考数据,开展了辽西驴血液生化和常规指标的测定,选择健康的辽西驴共10匹,每匹采取1mL全血,对采集的血样进行了46项常规血液指标检测。生化检测包括:血糖(GLU)、肌酐(CREA)、尿素(UREA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、磷离子(PHOS)和钙离子(CA)等22项;血常规检测包括:红细胞(RBC)、红细胞比容(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)和平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)等24项。结果表明:幼驴与公驴组,肌酸激酶呈现显著性差异(p<0.05);磷离子、碱性磷酸酶、单核细胞呈现极显著性差异(p<0.01);幼驴与母驴组,血糖、白蛋白、谷氨酰转移酶、甘油三酯、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、血小板压积呈现显著性差异(p<0.05);磷离子、胆固醇、平均红细胞体积、平均血红蛋白浓度、网织红细胞百分比、白细胞、单核细胞、血小板均呈现极显著性差异(p<0.01);公驴与母驴组,球蛋白、甘油三酯、中性粒细胞呈现显著性差异(p<0.05);网织红细胞百分比呈现极显著性差异(p<0.01)。本研究测定的辽西幼驴的肌酸激酶、碱性磷酸酶、磷离子和单核细胞比母驴和公驴高;辽西母驴的白蛋白、胆固醇和甘油三酯比幼驴和公驴高;辽西公驴的球蛋白和中性粒细胞比幼驴和母驴高。

The purpose of this paper is to provide effective reference data for individual selection, breed breeding, disease control and health monitoring of donkeys in Western Liaoning. Therefore, blood biochemical and routine indices of donkeys in Western Liaoning Province were determined. Ten healthy donkeys were selected, each of which took 1 mL whole blood, and46 routine blood indices were tested. Biochemical tests included 22 items, including blood glucose(GLU), creatinine(CREA), urea(UREA), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), phosphorus ion(PHOS) and calcium ion(CA). Routine blood tests included 24 items, including red blood cell(RBC), specific volume of red blood cells(HCT), hemoglobin(HGB), mean corpuscular volume(MCV), mean hemoglobin volume(MCH) and mean hemoglobin concentration(MCHC). The results showed that there were significant differences in creatine kinase(CK) and phosphorus ion, alkaline phosphatase and monocytes between young donkeys and male donkeys(p<0.05).There were significant differences in blood sugar, albumin, glutamyltransferase, triglyceride, neutrophil, lymphocyte and platelet volume between young donkeys and female donkeys(p <0.05);phosphorus ion, cholesterol, average corpuscular volume, average hemoglobin concentration, reticulocyte percentage, white blood cells, monocytes and platelets( p <0.01). There were significant differences in globulin, triglyceride and neutrophil between male donkey and female donkey groups(p<0.05), and the percentage of reticulocyte showed significant differences(p<0.01). In this study, CK, alkaline phosphatase, phosphorus ion and mononuclear cells of young donkeys in Western Liaoning were higher than those of female donkeys and male donkeys group;albumin, cholesterol and triglyceride of female donkeys in Western Liaoning were higher than those of young donkeys and male donkeys group;globulin and neutrophils of male donkeys in Western Liaoning were higher than those of young donkeys and female donkeys group.
