摘要
以NXOpen C++/NXOpen API为开发工具、Block UI Styler为设计工具,开发适用于动力弯管机生产汽车管路自动化胎具的设计系统,利用NX录制功能降低功能代码的实现难度,引入坐标系定位技术,根据用户指定的管路夹持位置及管路弯曲顺序,依据逆推原则,实现胎具标准件的自动装配,方便用户找出干涉最少的胎具装配位置。该系统实际应用良好,缩短了胎具设计周期,提高了胎具设计效率。
Taking NXOpen C++/NXOpen API as development tool and Block UI Styler as UI design tool, an automotive pipeline automatic mould design system suitable for impetus pipe-bending machine was developed. The NX recording function could decrease the difficulty of the function code implementation. By introducing coordinate system positioning technology, according to the user-specified pipe clamping position and pipe bending sequence,and according to the principle of backward deduction, the automatic assembly of standard parts was realized, which was convenient for users to find out the fewest interference assembly position. The system was applied well in companies.
