腹腔镜微创手术治疗胃肠肿瘤的临床疗效分析

目的分析腹腔镜微创手术应用于胃肠肿瘤的治疗,探讨其临床疗效。方法于2016年2月-2018年2月期间在我院治疗的胃肠肿瘤患者中选出40例进行研究,根据治疗方法进行分组,对照组(n=20)采用传统手术治疗,观察组(n=20)采用腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组的手术情况、治疗效果、并发症、复发率等。结果观察组的手术出血量少于对照组,手术切口小于对照组,首次下床、胃肠功能恢复和住院等各个阶段的时间均短于对照组,但观察组的手术总时间比较长,两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05),具可比性。观察组的并发症发生率为5%,转移率为0,复发率为5%,对照组为别为20%、15%、15%,两组在并发症、复发率、转移率方面均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05),具可比性。结论腹腔镜微创手术应用于胃肠肿瘤的治疗中,具有手术切口小、出血量小、术后恢复快、并发症少、效果显著等优点,通过随访发现其复发率和肿瘤转移率均非常低,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.Methods 40 patients with gastrointestinal tumors treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The control group(n=20)was treated with traditional surgery,while the observation group(n=20)was treated with laparoscopic surgery.the operation conditions,therapeutic effects,complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Rate and so on.Results The amount of operative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the incision was less than that in the control group.the time of getting out of bed for the first time,recovery of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,but the total operation time in the observation group was longer,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),It is comparable.The incidence of complications,metastasis rate and recurrence rate were 5%,0 and 5% in the observation group and 20%,15% and 15% in the control group respectively.The complications,recurrence rate and metastasis rate of the two groups were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05),It is comparable.Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors has the advantages of small incision,small amount of bleeding,quick recovery,fewer complications,and significant effect.the recurrence rate and metastasis rate of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery are very low,which has clinical application value.
