早期营养支持降低 ICU 重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床效果分析

摘要 目的探讨早期营养支持降低ICU重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床效果。方法将本院于2016年4月至2018年4月期间收治的ICU重症患者82例作为研究资料,随机分组各41例,对照组和观察组分别行常规营养支持治疗、早期营养支持治疗,观察两组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生情况、营养指标。结果观察组发生呼吸机相关性肺炎率为9.76%,对照组为发生率为29.27%,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组机械通气时间(6.22±1.42)d,对照组为(9.75±1.53)d,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗前两组营养状态各指标比较无统计学意义,且均较低,P>0.05;治疗后观察组营养状态各指标各指标提升,且高于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对ICU重症患者开展早期营养支持治疗利于改善机体营养状态,促进机体恢复,并减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生,治疗价值较高。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of early nutritional support in reducing ventilator-associated pneumonia in critically ill patients with ICU.Methods A total of 82 ICU critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into 41 groups.The control group and the observation group received routine nutritional support treatment and early nutritional support treatment.The incidence and nutritional indicators of ventilator-associated pneumonia were observed.Results The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was 9.76% in the observation group and 29.27% in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time of the observation group was(6.22±1.42)d,and that of the control group was(9.75±1.53)d.The difference was significant,P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment,and they were all low.>0.05;After treatment,the indicators of the nutritional status of the observation group increased,and significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Early nutritional support treatment for critically ill patients with ICU is beneficial to improve the nutritional status of the body,promote the recovery of the body,and reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia.
